When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Xenro Store reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Xenro Store confirms acceptance (usually via email or SMS).

We must receive and process your payment (or confirm a Cash on Delivery order) before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Cash on Delivery (COD): If you select COD, you agree to pay the full amount in cash to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. Rejection of COD orders at the doorstep may lead to the suspension of COD privileges for your account in the future.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

GST (Goods and Services Tax): Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST. However, shipping charges may be calculated separately at checkout.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We utilize third-party logistics partners (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, etc.) for deliveries. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, strikes, or events outside our control.

Xenro Store is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Xenro Store. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Xenro Store.
