5-Day Return Window

We offer a 5-day return policy, giving you 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, and unwashed).

  • Equipped with all original tags and brand packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at xenrostore@gmail.com.

  • Approval Required: Once your return is requested and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (serviceable pin codes only).

  • Note: Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items (Mandatory Unboxing Video)

To ensure a smooth resolution for damaged or wrong products, we strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video when you first open your package.

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • Contact us at xenrostore@gmail.com within 24–48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and fix it.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal Care: Beauty, skincare, and grooming products.

  • Customized Goods: Personalized items or special orders.

  • Hygiene Wear: Innerwear, face masks, and socks.

  • Clearance Items: Products bought during "Final Sale" or using "Gift Cards."

Exchanges

The most efficient way to exchange is to return your current item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color once the return is processed.

Refunds & COD Orders

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 7–10 business days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your UPI ID or Bank Account details via email to process the refund.

  • Delay Policy: If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please reach out to us at xenrostore@gmail.com.
